The celebration of St. Valentin is almost here.  And who knows better than the French how to celebrate love…and chocolate?!  Our d’Orsay –  a luscious layer of ganache over layers of rich chocolate mousse, decorated with chocolate-dipped hearts – is available in a petit 6″ cake, or you can enjoy it by the slice (or two).   Treat yourself to our new Tartelette Chocolat, a petit tarte filled with raspberry-ganache, topped with raspberries and a drizzle of white chocolate.
