A Taste of France
Le Panier (translated “bread basket”) was created by a Frenchman living in the U.S., who missed his daily baguette and croissant. He brought in French bakers and began baking… reflecting what you would find in a local boulangerie (bakery) and patisserie (pastry shop) in France.

The success of Le Panier is its consistent product quality – fresh ingredients, no preservatives, baked every day on site – always keeping in mind the traditional breads and pastries of France.

Walk by the bakery on a cool Seattle morning, and it’s hard not to be drawn in by the smell of freshly-baking bread.  Find a spot by the front window, dunk your fresh buttery croissant into the perfect latté, and watch the market unfold before you.
