La Galette des Rois
The Galette des Rois, or King's cake, is the center of the traditional French celebration of Epiphany, the arrival of the Wise Men. A delicate puff pastry baked with crème d'amande, with a porcelain fève hidden inside. Whoever is lucky enough to find the fève is crowned King or Queen for the day (crown and fève are included). Available for order beginning Dec. 23rd.
